Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildride gear, but if the fit isn't right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must remain in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
